This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Pario. Please review the following terms to understand the circumstances under which refunds may be provided.


  1. Digital Goods (Consumables)

All digital goods (e.g., credits, coins, or in-app purchases) purchased on Pario are non-refundable once delivered to your account. These items are considered consumed once used, and no refunds will be provided.


  1. Subscriptions

For any subscription-based purchases (e.g., premium memberships or subscription features), refunds are not provided for any unused portion of a subscription. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refund requests for subscriptions must be submitted through the platform provider (e.g., App Store or Google Play), and are subject to their refund policies.


  1. Accidental Purchases

If you believe a purchase was made by mistake, please contact us immediately. While we are happy to assist, refunds are subject to the platform provider's policies and may not be guaranteed.


  1. Technical Issues

If you experience any technical issues, such as items not being delivered or features not being activated, please contact Pario@thvine.com with the relevant transaction details. We will make every effort to resolve the issue or guide you in requesting a refund through your platform provider.


  1. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback may result in account suspension and loss of access to any purchased content. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues directly before filing a chargeback.


  1. No Real-World Value

All virtual items on Pario have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or refunded outside of the platform.


  1. Platform-Based Refund Handling

Refunds for purchases made on Pario must be handled through the platform provider (e.g., App Store, Google Play). We do not have control over the platform provider's refund policies and are not responsible for issuing refunds directly.


  1. Abuse Prevention

We monitor for abuse of the refund process. Accounts engaging in excessive or fraudulent refund requests may be restricted or permanently banned.


  1. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted here, and the updated policy will take effect immediately upon publication.
