If you suspect a rule violation, report the account or email us. We reserve the right to restrict, remove, or block content in ads or chats (our algorithm flags suspicious activities). Mutual and enthusiastic consent is a core value. We respect personal boundaries. It's simple to ask about preferences and desires. This applies both online and offline—don't initiate chats with explicit content. Instead, understand your chat partner's expectations and ensure you're aligned.

Be honest and communicate your expectations openly. Clarity leaves room for mystery and playfulness.

We advocate complete freedom of expression, regardless of your identity or dating goals. Discrimination and hate speech based on appearance, sexuality, gender, age, religion, ethnicity, or any other factor are strictly forbidden. Let's celebrate our diversity!

Abide by the law and common sense. Anything illegal in real life is also banned on Nayo, including advertising, selling, or buying:

• Any other illegal goods and services.

Stay within the platform. We've made communication on Nayo as convenient as possible. If someone asks you to switch platforms, they may have ill intentions. We're only responsible for what happens on Nayo.

As per APP Store guidelines, we prohibit nude or partially nude photos in the [Feed], ads for drugs, weapons, or other prohibited items or content.

Links to social networks, explicit sexual descriptions, insults, profanity, propaganda, and advertising for illegal substances are not allowed in ad text.

We use a third-party API to identify potentially violating content. Mistakes can happen, and we apologize in advance. We're committed to making Nayo a safe space. If you believe your account was unfairly suspended or blocked, email us, and we'll investigate.
