Nayo has a zero-tolerance policy towards any abuse, exploitation, and/or sexualization involving children. Any user found violating Nayo's policy for protecting minors (individuals under the age of 18) will have their account permanently banned, including access from devices such as mobile phones. Law enforcement may also be involved, if necessary.

Age Restriction

• You must be 18 years of age or older to use Nayo.

• Any attempt to falsify your age to access the platform is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate and permanent account ban.

• Nayo uses both automated and manual systems to detect underage activity as well as Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation ("CSAE"). Any attempt to bypass these systems will lead to account suspension and further actions.

Prohibited Activities

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

1. Sexualization of Minors and CSAE (Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation):

   • Sharing, creating, or distributing content that involves child sexual abuse or exploitation.

   • Content that involves the sexual fetishization of minors, including discussions, role-playing, or wearing sexualized clothing.

   • Depictions of child nudity or any form of sexualization, including artistic representations such as drawings, animations, or other media.

2. Harmful or Dangerous Acts Involving Minors:

   • Threats, encouragement, or acts of physical violence against minors.

   • Psychological abuse, coercion, or manipulation of minors.

   • Depicting or encouraging dangerous activities involving minors.

   • Promoting or depicting neglect or trafficking of minors.

Underage Appearance on the Platform

• Underage individuals are strictly prohibited from appearing in any content on Nayo.

• Creating, managing, or authenticating accounts on behalf of a minor is prohibited.

• Any attempt to falsify age to gain access to the platform will result in immediate account suspension and/or removal.

Reporting Mechanism

• Any incidents of child abuse or exploitation will be reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or relevant authorities, as required by applicable law.

• Users can report potential violations using Nayo's in-app reporting feature or by contacting us directly at nayo@thvine.com.

Prohibited Users

• Users convicted of crimes against children, including but not limited to sexual assault, physical abuse, neglect, or trafficking, are strictly prohibited from using Nayo.

Enforcement Measures

• Immediate Penalty: All violations of the Child Safety Policy will result in an immediate account penalty.

• Cooperation with Law Enforcement: Depending on the severity of the violation, Nayo may cooperate with law enforcement agencies to investigate and take appropriate action.

User Education

Nayo is committed to educating users about child safety through:

• A clearly stated Child Protection Policy on the platform.

• Prompts, reminders, and interventions during content creation and sharing to avoid risky situations and to guide safe interactions.
